Why is HVAC Maintenance Essential?

What are Condenser Coils?
Condenser coils are present inside the condensing unit, which is located outside your facility or building. After the refrigerant in gas form collects the heat inside your building, it travels to the condenser coils, where the heat is transferred to the air that's blown over the coils. The refrigerant inside the condenser coils cools down, turns back into liquid, and is sent back into your space.
Why is it Necessary to Clean Your Condenser Coils?
With time or due to extensive usage, dirt and debris enter your condensing unit and form a coating on the condensing coil. This reduces the condenser coil's efficiency as it is harder to transfer heat to the outside air when the coil is covered with dirt. If not cleaned on time, the efficiency of your air conditioner reduces, making it consume more energy, which in turn increases your energy bills. Unclean coils can cause compressor and motor failure too. We recommend that you get your condenser cleaned once a year, at least.
