HVAC-R Tech Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in light commercial or commercial HVAC services
  • EPA certification
  • Clean driving record
  • Professional appearance
  • Pass criminal background checks
  • Possess analytical and mechanical aptitude
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Should be able to lift 75 lbs
  • Should have the required tools
  • Should be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have the ability to follow and understand technical instructions
  • Should be able to speak and write English

HVAC Shop Helper Requirements

  • Able to work full-time or part-time
  • High school education or GED
  • EPA certification (not necessary but highly desired)
  • Should have a legitimate and valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Professional appearance 
  • Should be a motivated self-starter
  • Should be able to speak and write English well

Coil Cleaner - Temporary Position

  • High school education or GED
  • Should have a legitimate and valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Professional appearance
  • Should have the ability to lift 50-75 pounds on a daily basis
  • Should be comfortable working at Heights and with Ladders
  • Lead or assist with the setup and cleanup at every job
  • Attach pressure hoses
  • Rope up equipment safely onto the roof and rope down after the work is done
  • Should be able to complete the necessary paperwork and submit to the office
